Four-stroke engines produce a lot of heat, and the gasoline in the tank can lose its combustibility because of it. In some cases, the gas can reach its boiling point inside the float bowl.
Pro Circuit's gold heat shield self adheres to the bottom of your motorcycles' gas tank to reduce operating temperatures for better performance.
The gold shield reflects up to 950 degrees (a 70-degree drop in temperature).
Shield dimension is 27"x24" and can be pre-cut to fit any shape.
